Season Details
The PSEL Build Challenge will launch November 10, 2025 and submissions will be due December 19, 2025. Students will work to create their builds and will submit a screen recording of their final product. A detailed build challenge and rubric will be sent to interested teams. Teams will be composed of 2-5 students.
Elementary (K-5)
Middle School (5-8)
High School (9-12)
*Grade 5 participation can be flexible based on district structure*
Submissions to the PSEL Build Challenge will be judged asynchronously. The winning teams will be announced January 9, 2026. There will be an elementary, middle, and high school divisional winner from each of the 8 regions. Regional winners will be invited to the face-to-face finals in February.
State finals will be held on February 6, 2026 at Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13. All 8 teams in each of the 3 divisions will compete head to head in a timed build battle! The state champions in each division will be crowned at the finals!
